League of Legends Tier List Patch 13.11

League of Legends version 13.11 has made adjustments to multiple heroes, including Rael, Akali, Amumu, Aphelios, Aurelion Sol, Azir, Ivern and Jinx. Lancer Rael has received various changes to enhance her fantasy and gameplay. Her abilities have been tweaked, such as increased health regeneration, base armor and magic resistance growth, and improvements to the damage and effects of her abilities.

Additionally, Rael’s passive ability now allows her to stack armor and magic resistance shards up to five times per target. In contrast, other heroes such as Akali, Amumu, Aphelios, Aurelion Sol, Azir, Ivern, and Jinx will receive some changes to balance gameplay and solve problems. These changes are intended to create a more satisfying gaming experience for players without disrupting the overall balance of the game.
