Persona 5 Tactics Review

Days of Future Past received positive reviews from various sources, demonstrating its appeal within the gaming community. These ratings affirm the quality of the game and its ability to attract players across different gaming platforms.

The game offers an engaging narrative, vibrant characters, and enjoyable combat mechanics in the realm of strategy RPGs. Fans of The Phantom Thieves will find this an enjoyable supplemental adventure, but its inconsistent pacing and limited enemy variety hold it back from achieving groundbreaking status.

The story of Persona 5 Tactica follows the main characters from the original game. They are pulled into another world where they meet Erina, who leads a group called the Rebel Legion. Erina’s goal is to liberate people from the oppression of the Legionnaires.

Persona 5 Tactics Game

Persona 5 Tactica is a video game in which you control a group of characters in a tactical role-playing adventure. The game takes place on a grid-based map where you encounter groups of enemies, and combat follows a turn-based system.

Your team includes Erina, a key member of the Phantom Thieves of Hearts and captain of the Rebel Legion. You can engage enemies in different ways, such as attacking at close range or selecting actions from the menu. There is an option to use ranged weapons, such as guns, which can target multiple enemies if they are close. The Phantom Thieves can also summon personas in battle and use various skills that require spending skill points (SP).

The combat system involves exploiting your enemy’s weaknesses to gain extra turns. When surrounded by allies in a triangle formation, you can unleash a powerful move called “Triple Threat,” similar to “All-Out Attack” in Persona 5. This move can cause massive damage and has the potential to destroy all targeted enemies.

Outside of combat, you can also collect more Personas for the Phantom Thieves leader Joker. The Joker has a unique “wildcard” ability that allows him to use multiple characters. You can obtain characters by negotiating or recruiting them in combat, or by fusing different characters that are equipped by the Joker or found in the character compendium.
